I am a blessed mother of two who has been called by God to homeschool, and I am thankful for my very supportive husband of whom I've been married to since October of 2001. I just love my little family! God has also put it on my heart to take part in ministering to the youth of this generation. I firmly believe it is the responsibility of each generation to pass down what is important to the next generation. What could be more vital than eternal life in Jesus Christ and knowing Him? I know there are many youth who are capable and set apart to lead their peers and the generation behind them into truth. I want to do what I can with what God has given me in order to help that happen.

My goal in life is to use every gift that God gives me to further his kingdom. In my free time, I like to do anything that involves exploring Gods creation (outdoorsman). My favorite sport is soccer, but I enjoy playing them all. Having a hand in molding and restoring my generation is something that I know I'm called to do, and I'm more than happy to do it through The Remedy. I don't really have a "favorite" verse in the bible, because God's constantly showing me new things. However, I do have one that I always turn to. "Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him. (James 1:12)

I am a wife to a very intelligent and funny man named Wayne and we’ve been married since 1996. I am a mom to two awesome guys who are teens and attend The Remedy. I am an elementary school teacher and love my job of making a difference in the lives of God’s little people. I love people in general, from infants to elderly and feel led to reach out to them all. I am a social one, and you would most likely find me laughing and talking (mostly laughing) in most environments. I am in constant awe of the beauty of God’s creation, and purposely look for Him in it all. I am a thinker, and love to sit and ponder things. I love building relationships with people, learning with them and sharing life. My personal relationship with Jesus has changed me significantly and I couldn’t be happier to share it with the teens in this youth ministry.

I’ve been involved as a youth leader at our church for the last six years. I grew up within the youth ministry at New Hope and after going to college and pouring into my relationship with my spouse I felt a calling to come back and be a part of it once again. My main role within the youth ministry is leading the worship team. I’m constantly looking for youth to help lead by singing and/or instrumentally. Within the last six years, God has blessed us with some amazingly talented youth who have shared their gifts while being a part of the youth ministry. Connecting with today’s youth and doing whatever I can to instill the love of Jesus Christ into their lives is one of my greatest passions. The greatest thing God ever blessed me with is my wife since 2008 and my two incredible kids. There aren’t enough adjectives to describe the love I have for them. Away from youth, I am a Certified Professional Insurance Agent. My business is family owned and has been a part of my family for four generations. I love my job and being able to help people with their various needs. Through my job, my family, and my calling to The Remedy, God has allowed me and blessed me with the ability to lead wherever I am.
